Each week, we host structured leadership sessions aimed at empowering staff with confidence, accountability, and long-term career vision. Alongside this, we provide continuous in-house training across all departments — including guide training, waiter and butler service excellence, chef development, and reception training.
By nurturing skills, professionalism, and personal growth, we strive to uplift individuals and strengthen the wider community. Our goal is not only to deliver exceptional guest experiences, but to create meaningful opportunities that build lasting impact for generations to come.

We stayed in one of the chalets at Otjiwa in July 2025. The chalet, though looking quite basic on the outside, was beautiful on the inside. The lodge itself is stunning and has excellent meals and a nice atmosphere.

Well I think this place is lovely, amazing food, lovely setting, magical place. Saw fox, giraffe, rhino, bustards, mongoose, warthog, bee eaters.

The food and wine selection is way wider than you would expect - excellent food and drinks.
